November 2017 President’s Message
In a seemingly endless sea of financial products and services, VCCU knows that our structure and our vision set us apart. As a not-for-profit cooperative, we are owned by you, our members, and our focus is on serving you.
Technology has been changing at an increasingly faster pace. We have not been successful in using that technology to convey our message to our members. Our first effort in better communication was relaunching our monthly newsletter. This is available on-line and is also attached to e-statement notifications. Our next step in effective communication and ease of use is updating our website. This month we will be launching our new website with our members in mind. We have restructured the site to bring you an updated and refreshing easy-to-navigate experience.
Using cutting edge technology, we have focused on two goals: keeping your information secure and making your financial life easier.
Being there for you 24/7 on the website, mobile, ATM, and other evolving technology is our commitment to our members.
