It doesn’t seem too long ago all member/owner’s transaction’s at the credit union were conducted in our lobby or at the drive-thru. Service levels have blasted-off the new frontiers with our electronic offerings. In 1937, do your think our credit union founders image member/ owners would move money around by themselves on computers, or mobile phones, or make purchases with something called an Apple Watch? Times are changing…
I would like to tell you that VCCU will be launching a completely redesigned website in November 2017, featuring a fresh new look, improved functionality and enhanced content. The new website is built on responsive design, which automatically optimizes the graphics and content for viewing on mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets.
We are excited to provide you our member/owners with an optimally-designed website that adjusts to your screen size. We have completely transformed the website look, content, graphics and navigation to allow for a more user-friendly and efficient online and mobile experience.
We sincerely want to take extraordinary care of you our member/owners through all our service channels-inour lobby, over the phone, online and via mobile.
As the credit union expands and develops, meeting and exceeding the needs of you our member/owners will continue to be at the forefront of everything we do. Also, we have more mobile services evolving such as remote deposit coming to you in 2018.
