Tips for Logging In Post-Upgrade

First time logging in?

Post-Upgrade Login Procedure

We have upgraded our system and your online banking experience has been improved!

You will log in for the first time using your account number as your Username. Your temporary password is the first 2 characters of your last name – in UPPER CASE – followed by the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. If you have trouble logging in, you can use the Reset Password option.

Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to select a security image and set security questions. Be sure to reset your password at this time if you have not already done so.

MOBILE USERS: Access and set up your account from a desktop environment before accessing the Mobile App. After establishing secured access on a desktop PC, you can access the app and register your device following the on-screen instructions.

You may also be seeing this message if you had our old internet banking login page bookmarked – you will need to create a new bookmark for our improved internet banking.
